Secret is a company that has been around for many years, but only recently have they started marketing themselves as being cruelty-free.
The use of animals in testing products for this company has ended and the companies new motto is “We don’t test on animals.”
It’s important to be aware before you buy any beauty product if it contains animal byproducts or not because some are sold with false advertising that can harm your health.
That’s why I’m writing this blog post about Secret Cruelty-Free products so you know what to look out for when shopping.
Does Secret Test on Animals?
No, Secret is certified cruelty-free by PETA which means they do not test on animals.
Secret has been certified as cruelty-free by PETA, but they’re always thinking of ways to do more to support animals’ rights.
Here are a few things you can do in your everyday life to make it easier on all species:
- Always adopt from local shelters rather than purchase from pet stores or breeders
- If you can’t have pets at home, try taking care of someone else’s furry friend.
When you shop, look out for the Leaping Bunny logo on your beauty products which guarantees they were not subjected to animal testing.
