I'm weird and tend to really enjoy slow parts in books. I guess I really enjoy the small details in everything (I'm like that with movies too) - I mean come on I love Tolkien and you have to be a detail JUNKIE to truly enjoy his work hehe! so many important things do happen in GoF - you really have to learn a lot b/c from here on out things start getting more and more intense. I really love OotP - I know I've said that a few times. some people don't like it and call it ALL CAPITAL HARRY b/c he is angry a lot - but again, it's long and detaily and gooood. :) yay!

I had this same experience when I first read this one. I went around calling it Harry Potter and 100 Pages of No Intrigue. But in hindsight it's one of my favorites! Then again, I kind of like the teenage woecake. ;)
