oh wow, remember the Friday Five? Everyone used to post their answers way back when…I think the original site was gone a long time ago. And why do I keep remembering the old days of bloggyville? No idea. Nostalgic.
A few random thoughts:
- Magknits is gone. There’s a big huge crazyass thing over at Ravelry about it. It’s another trainwreck, a la Mystical Creation Yarns.
- The weather was so nice today! I went out on lunch break and felt compelled to treat myself to some springtime yarn. Sock yarn + winding by hand + pretty weather =
- I don’t have to work on Sunday; hence, I get a real two-day weekend. wee!
- The final dregs of my sickness (yes, the sickness from one month ago is STILL lingering) are at long last departing my virus-ridden body. Good riddance, I hope you had the time of your life and all that. (Sorry for all the flowery words but I’m reading Alice Sebold currently. She likes those flowery words and they get stuck in my head like rice.)
- I am making time to read and knit again, and this pleases me very much.
Magknits is gone? Man, I have to get back into things, don’t I!??
