they will make you crazy.
If you happen to be like me and are recently divorced with nowhere else to go, then yeah. Move back in with your parents. Poor soul.
But if you can help it AT ALL…DON’T move back in. Run! Run like the wind! And move in with someone else, but don’t go back to mom and dad, they’ll make you craaaaazy.
I need to move out sometime fairly soon. (As in, 6-9 months from now, roughly?) I’ve even started a “Moving Plan” spreadsheet in Excel because I am that much of a dork.

i lived with my dad for 3 months (me, my husband, and FOUR KIDS), as i coudln’t find housing, and he went and bought a house and sold it to me on land contract, HE was that eager to get me out. i’d have never been able to buy a house on my own. Thank you, Daddy! (my mom’s doing it for me now, as THAT husband screwed my credit to the point i coudln’t buy a house on my own, sigh)

I know my parents (and especially their spouses, ahem) would drive me sooooo insane if I moved back in with either one! It’s tough. You’ve grown up a lot and changed and heck, been through a *divorce* and they haven’t been around for all of that and are probably trying to squeeze you back into 14 year old Tiffany. 
There is nothing wrong with having a plan! It’s a really good idea. Don’t be scared of moving. Think of it: you’ll have your own space. You can have everything the way you want. Only food you like in the cabinets. Yarn everywhere. No tv, loud tv, quiet tv, whatever you want! The same with music. Everything will be YOURS! Won’t that be nice??
