1. Thank God Almighty, I made it through last night’s annual inventory at work. (My last one there, btw…hahahahahahahaha!)
2. Prepare to destash! Since I have the day off, I’m thinking I’ll take the bit o’ time I have to organize the yarn that is (sadly) parting from me before I make the great voyage (voyage? journey, let’s say) back to Virginia. I think I will list some of the “nicer” stuff on Etsy, like the Rowan and Knit Picks yarn, etc. Other stuff, I might set aside and do some kind of giveaway here at the blog, as I originially intended. (Don’t get me wrong. “Other stuff” does not mean “crap yarn;” oh contraire!) So stay tuned for that! 
EDIT: ok, I just went through my first batch of destash yarn, and proceeded to take and download 64 photos. 
That’s a whole lotta yarn! ok, we might have to nix the Etsy idea…maybe I’ll just post everything here at the blog, and do it through PayPal…? hmmm…

To be fair, I took 2-3 photos per hank/skein/group of like yarn…but still. That’s a lot of yarn either way! See why I need to get rid of it?
