Dude, I feel SO much better today! Medication kicks butt. Specifically, the butt of my nasty cold-that-wouldn’t-get-any-better. 
I woke up feeling refreshed and was actually able to get some stuff done at work today. Right on. I’m still not caught up, but I’ve at least made a dent in all the crap. 
And when I checked the mail, I saw that my replacement Knit Picks dpns arrived. They sent these free of charge, since my original size 1s had some peeling issues. I need to knit with them and see whether or not they have the same problem. Hopefully not.
Also in knitting-related things…I think a recent yarn order may be lost in the nether regions of the US Postal Service. *cries* I ordered two skeins of sock yarn from Mystical Creation Yarns, and though it was shipped over a week ago, the tracking info on the USPS site says that my package was “missent”–meaning, USPS misrouted it and that they are attempting to reroute it to me. But I haven’t gotten any updates for a couple of days, so I’m worried it’s gone. 
MCY offered to replace it for me, thankfully, but asked me to give it more time, as the mail has been kind of wacky in New Mexico with recent snow issues. I’ll probably give it till the end of this week, and then assume it’s gone…and somewhere, someone has two beautiful skeins of yarn…MY yarn! gar!
That being said, I feel the sudden impulse to go purchase yet more yarn, to satisfy the knitter’s craving for stash enhancement. I have a definite problem with yarn buying, obviously. And of course the minute I go buy more yarn, my order from MCY will miraculously show up…so all the more reason to go buy something right now! Right?

I hope it does get to you, you aren’t the first person I’ve heard say lately that their package got missent.
I have a teeny little stash. It’s like, a stashette, hehe. Like I said before, I need another job (or 2 or 3) so I can have more, because I waaaaaaaant it. *pouts* MCY = very pretty and pretty affordable!

This is my first (possibly) lost package.
And I get a lot of stuff via USPS, so I guess that’s not too bad…it does happen. I actually Googled “USPS missent,” and apparently it can take days or even weeks for them to correct it. bummer.

I like a lot of the Etsy sellers that have affordable sock yarn. MCY comes to mind, along with Fearless Fibers

I don’t know if you recall but I had the same issue of peeling with a pair (yes, pair) of Size 1 classic circs that I was doing socks with. They were fabulous about replacing them and I just started a new pair with the new pair of circs. I wonder if it was something with their size 1s? Odd.
